The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Mobilisations you will partner with our in-house operational team to deliver end to end recruitment for a range of roles across a major new client account.

This role is based in Sydney, NSW with occasional travel required to visit some of your key stakeholders.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a key client, sourcing suitable, high-quality candidates and actively building talent pools.
• Support and guide internal stakeholders in their requirements, and deliver appropriate recruitment strategies including advertisement campaigns, referrals, engaging with potential and passive candidates, interviewing, managing reference checks and the offer process
• Supported by internal staff and resources, ensure all pre employment requirements are met
• Support management by providing expertise and advice on industry trends
• Lead and support the improvement of current processes and procedures, update policies, educate and communicate these to your internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Significant recruitment experience in-house or within agency
• Experience using internal recruitment systems
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is essential
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team
• Excellent written and oral communications
