The Role
If you are an experienced Finance Manager looking for the opportunity to work with a global leader in the provision of Facilities Management Services, with a focus on delivering innovative, technically led integrated facility management solutions that create value for our – we would like to hear from you.

This role is based in Sydney, NSW.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• General Ledger operations
• Finalise month end & and manage accrual process
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
• Financial and budget strategies
• Accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Manage billing of Minor Works, Modifications and any Variable Completed Services Payments
• Maintain and update Purchase Order Register
• Review all incoming invoices
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

Skills and Experience

• Extensive Finance Management experience
• Sound knowledge and experience with relevant legislation and policies standards and agreements
• A high level of demonstrated proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills
• Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a financial related discipline.
