The Role

The Finance Administration Officer involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders of the business.

This role is based in Parramatta, NSW.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

• Provide assistance and support to Finance Manager with reporting and funds request to ensure all deadlines are met
• Take proactive approach to continued process improvement
• Provide finance support to account team
• Month end reporting and reconciliations
• P&L review & analysis and manage corporate purchase orders
• Vendor management skills
• Full compliance and consistency with the contract deliverables and business systems

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organisational and ability to establish excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and able to think analytically to solve problems
• High level accuracy, attention to detail and proactive work attitude
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Minimum 2/3 year experience in similar role
• Tertiary Accounting or Finance Qualification acquired or working towards
