The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner with our in-house operational team to deliver end to end recruitment for all trades (Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Carp & Plumbing) and senior operational roles as well as white-collar recruitment.

This role is based in Sydney, CBD.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our APAC business
• Sourcing suitable, high-quality candidates and actively building talent pools
• Deliver appropriate recruitment strategies including advertisement campaigns, referrals, engaging with potential and passive candidates, interviewing, managing reference checks and the offer process
• Ensuring all background checks are completed
• Support management by providing expertise and advice on industry trends
• Lead and support the improvement of current processes and procedures, update policies, educate and communicate these to your internal stakeholders.
• Support the business development team with trade award compliance, transitions of new accounts, strategic resourcing for new contracts

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in-house or within an agency
• Must have experience recruiting blue-collar (Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Carp & Plumbing)
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is essential
• Ability to travel interstate and to sites across NSW
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach
