The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity for a suitable candidate to lead a small established Talent Acquisition & Engagement team, based in the Perth CBD, delivering top talent to an organisation that is seeking growth. This is a full-time permanent position which drives pro-active resourcing that aligns with the business requirements for both WA and NSW offices. Key to the success of this role involves building strong internal relationships, partnering with hiring managers and lead teams to understand their needs and being hands on in the end to end talent acquisition process and engagement of candidates.
