The Accounting Assistant will perform daily accounting tasks that will support our entire company. Responsibilities include reviewing, processing, getting approvals and entering vendor invoices into QuickBooks. The individual will be cross-trained in performing general accounting tasks like invoicing and applying payments as well as other projects as assigned. If you have the equivalent of an Associate’s degree in Accounting and are interested in gaining further experience in the field we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
