Your Responsibilities will include*:
‍-Analyze acquisition performance deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on LTV and ROI projections
‍-Proactively identify risk and opportunities for investment, constraint, or reallocation across the marketing channels
‍-Outline goals and metrics for performance channels on different models such as CPM, CPC, CTR
‍-Analyze large, complex marketing datasets to produce actionable insights
‍-Analyze Web site behavior using Web analytics tools to determine areas of site improvement
‍-Monitor data across all data sources, proactively identifying any accuracy issues and initiating corrective action
‍-Drive new customer experience KPIs, metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations
‍-Work with large datasets to investigate key business trends, performance, issues, and behaviors
‍-Design, build, enable and maintain Tableau dashboards as well as other tracking tools and stories for both executive level and functional areas
‍-Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions
‍-Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders and influence these teams to act based on your recommendations
‍To be successful in this position, you will need:
‍Education & Experience:
‍Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
‍
Skills and Abilities:
‍-Expertise with Google Analytics to setup tracking and metrics and drive improvements for better users acquisitions and engagements
‍-Expertise with Tableau to drive visualizations & industry best practice ing; includes
-Advanced Table Calculations, Creating Parameters and Calculated Fields, Level of Detail Expressions, etc.
‍-Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate data, analyses, and findings
‍-Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
‍-Great attention to detail to ensure highest level of quality/rigor in s & data analysis
‍-Ability to meet deadlines and handle varying workloads with a high degree of accuracy
‍-Proactive, organized, detail oriented, and quality driven
‍-Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically
‍-Ability to effectively communicate and translate business requirements to technical requirements
‍-Statistical analysis a plus including correlation analysis and linear regressions
‍-Strong Excel skill, pivot tables, lookup, etc.
‍-Strong verbal and written communication skills
‍Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, or any other business-related expertise
