Location

Our headquarters is in Brentwood, TN, which is fifteen minutes south of downtown Nashville. We don’t like to brag, but we think we have some of the best outdoor activities and live music in the country. Our team works in-person with the ability to work hybrid up to 2 days per week based on performance. We think that creates the best of both worlds with culture and flexibility.

What You’ll Be Working On

• In addition to the hiring for our company, handle recruiting for any assigned or complex accounts including facilitation of intake calls, assessing and presenting high-quality candidates, and offer negotiations
• Manage a dynamic team of recruiters and recruiting managers while developing strategies to attract more candidates
• Guide the team on “difficult to fill” roles that are aging beyond internal KPIs
• Devise project management plans in a phased manner for complex projects with multiple work streams e.g., leveraging PCR, training on assessments, university recruiting, selection of right vendors, job boards, etc. Lead and manage the successful implementation of these projects.
• Work closely with CEO and other members of leadership team to successfully plan and implement recruiting ideas
• Support clients by sourcing candidates through various channels, including sourcing, job postings, targeted recruiting campaigns, etc.
• Oversee all aspects of recruiting, selection, and hiring, from scheduling of interviews through offer letters and onboarding with clients
• Analyze recruiting trends and implement recruiting strategies to source candidates
• Coordinate strategic candidate research projects, including online research to obtain information relevant to potential prospects through monitoring of news sources, industry publications, competitor research etc.
• In conjunction with the Marketing team, create recruiting collateral as well as digital and social media presence and coordinate placement of ads, sponsorships, and articles
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing a team; recruiting leadership preferred
• 10+ years of direct recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including client promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience recruiting highly competitive positions
• Excellent attention to detail, quick problem solving skills, and tech savy are a must
• Driven and self-motivated to build a lasting career – not just looking for a job
• Demonstrated commitment to honesty, integrity and being a great team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with passive candidate generation using a variety of techniques
• Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful recruiting strategies and leading a recruiting team
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
