As a Manager, you will be responsible for the overall business performance of the branch, driving activities to achieve business performance targets.

What we’re looking for

You will be an experienced People Leader with a passion for coaching and leadership. As the successful candidate you will have:

• Demonstrated people management or leadership experience with a proven track record of performance and achieving targets
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Proven commercial business acumen with the ability to guide the strategic direction and growth
• Networking and business development skills with a focus on building brand awareness within the local community
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and the tenacity to follow things through
