Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as an Independent Contractor, promoting Better Wellness Retreats and recruiting qualified attendees for our Empowered Transitions Retreat to Recalibrate Program in Costa Rica. This is a commission-based gig and offers a chance to earn lucrative rewards for your efforts.

Responsibilities:

*Leverage your industry knowledge and network to promote Better Wellness Retreats.

*Engage potential attendees, highlighting the benefits of our retreats.

*Guide individuals through the pre-registration process.

*Provide names and contact information of all retained attendees.

Requirements:

· Excellent networking and communication skills.

· Ability to effectively convey the value of our retreats.

· Familiarity with wellness criteria and commitment to maintaining high standards.

· Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Compensation:

Earn a $500 commission for each new qualified and paid-in-full retreat attendee you bring in. This position does not include hourly pay in addition to the commissions.

Prompt commission payment after the attendee has paid in full and proof of Cancel for Any Reason Insurance has been obtained by the attendee. OR, if the attendee has not obtained insurance, after the conclusion of the retreat. The retreat is scheduled from January 30- February 4, 2024.

Opportunities for additional compensation and pre-registrations for future retreats are also available.

This is an independent contractor position, providing flexibility and autonomy. You will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.
