Better Life Plan is a dynamic and growing company that assists clients with their debt settlement programs through our relationships with attorneys and law firms across the United States. BLP is seeking a compassionate and responsible Customer Excellence Team Member to help answer questions related to consumer debt and creditor lawsuits. Individuals should possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work both independently and as a team. Responsibilities:

• Takes incoming telephone calls from customers
• Makes outbound calls to customer providing updates and answering questions
• Responds appropriately to customer objections and questions;
• Delivers accurate description of product and/or service to customers;
• Navigates computer systems to properly assist the customer and locate customer data or other electronic information;
• Records each call by accurately documenting status and comments in the CRM;
• Resolves problems for clients
• Works closely with other departments to request and provide assistance as necessary;
• Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets;
• Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members;
• Strong attention to detail is a must.

Qualification:

• Exhibits a passion and commitment to great customer service by consistently delivering excellent service to every customer.
• Intermediate typing and math skills to meet production needs of the position.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, read, analyze and interpret documents, understand procedures, write correspondence and speak clearly to members and employees.
• Experience in F.D.C.P.A. Guidelines a plus
• History of excellent time and attendance

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• General knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
• Experience with Adobe Pro is a plus
• History of excellent time and attendance
• Collections experience a plus
