About the Role

The People Operations team is leading the charge in building diverse teams of highly-skilled and mission-aligned professionals. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build impactful relationships with people managers throughout the company to analyze staffing needs and propel recruitment efforts in an ever-changing environment. You will work in concert with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the People Operations team to continue optimization for the recruitment cycle and candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across multiple teams (e.g. Clinical, Medical, Tech, Operations)
• Partner with hiring managers and team leads to identify staffing needs and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Manage the job posting and advertising process
• Review applications and conduct phone screens for qualified candidates
• Help facilitate the interview process with hiring manager and other key decision-makers
• Track and analyze candidate pipeline statuses, recruitment trends, market data and KPIs of sourcing platforms
• Source potential candidates through various direct methods: Internal and external networks, professional organizations, cold calling, social media technology tools and other advanced recruitment techniques
• Provide an exceptional, high-quality experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience
• Collaborate with the hiring manager(s) and members of the People Ops or Senior Leadership team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, in addition to company policies

What you Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field
• Experience with high-volume recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g. entry-level to mid- management, technical to clinical)
• Startup and/or healthcare experience is very much preferred
• An understanding of and adherence to recruitment tools and metrics
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and experience using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter to identify and engage talent
• Ability to juggle multiple active job requisitions, often with competing priorities, while building a diverse pipeline
• A strong grasp of web-based sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (we use JazzHR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including a sense of humor!
• A penchant for both a team-based and autonomous work environment

This is a full time, exempt position. This is a remote (work from home) position. Better Life Partners is in EST (UTC-5).
