Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract producing real estate agents who bring higher standards to our brokerage.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview potential candidates using a variety of recruitment methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs while maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the recruitment database.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competing brands to ensure we remain competitive in our recruiting efforts.
- Collaborate with management and other teams to continuously improve the recruitment process and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its various roles, including real estate agents, brokers, and support staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, management, and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms, including online job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
