Well, Better Dental is excited to be hiring an Insurance & Billing Coordinator for our Apex/Cary locations. Our solid team is looking for an amazing teammate who is looking for a place to call home! Experience is required. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of dental insurance experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Completing dental insurance verifications
• Accurately posting insurance payments
• Process dental insurance claims and attaching necessary attachments
• Working on outstanding claims
• Sending statements to outstanding accounts
• Maintaining accurate collections and A/R s
• Completing other administrative tasks as necessary.
• Managing patient accounts and finances.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working with dental insurance
• working with medical insurance a plus
• Friendly positive energy
• Competent with financial and computer skills.
• Good work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
