We are Beth and Ryan Waller, a top volume Realtor couple within the Guelph real estate market. Our results focused, informed, fun and creative approach is what clients tell us they like best. We are a team of 3 and need a fourth to keep us organized!

We’re seeking a Marketing and Administrative Assistant to look after all the things we can’t get done. We’re willing to train for the right candidate. Marketing experience is preferred, but not required. The role is currently part time, but could quickly become full time for the right candidate.

The role is mainly work from home/remote (or mid day coffee shops when needed), but the successful hire will be required to be at the Junction Home Group Realty office as required.

Duties and ideal experience include, but are not limited to:

-Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business)

-Creative writing is important to us

-Familiarity with real estate software (Showingtime, Transaction Desk)

– Strong organizational skills (to keep us in line!). Bonus for previous office manager experience

– Experience with Microsoft Office (preferably Excel, but also Word and Powerpoint)

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Bonus for Canva, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator

Requirements:

Part-time hours: 20 per week
