Software Engineer – Manchester (Twice a Month) – GBP 40,000-50,000 DOE

They are searching for a Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will have at least 2-3 years of commercial experience and a passion for development!

This role offers a flexible working pattern and only requires you to work on-site in Manchester once every two weeks. This means you must live in and have the right to work in the UK.

Essential Skills:

• Commercial experience working with C#/.NET
• SOLID design principles
• Agile methodologies and ability to work within an Agile software development team
• Experience in the Scientific, Manufacturing, Engineering or Financial industry

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with lower level hardware control systems
• Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL)
• Knowledge of Architectural Design Patterns, MVVM, N-tier Architecture
• Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks, Microsoft Test, XUnit or NUnit
• Experience with using Source Control tools such as GIT, Subversion etc
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins etc
