We currently have several casual customer service positions available in our Brimbank store. All roles will have a focus on customer service – we love to ensure that all of our ‘Besties’ have the opportunity to shine on the shop floor! As an integral member of the ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a ‘down to earth’ approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:

• Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
• Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
• Bringing the ‘Bestie’ culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
• Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
• Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
• Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
• Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

Hours for all positions will vary from Monday to Sunday, on a rotating roster.
