Scope of the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition Team by managing expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders including candidates, recruiting firms, hiring managers, and other leadership team members.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all recruiting activities are progressing effectively and efficiently in a timely manner at all times and updating key stakeholders as appropriate.

Additionally, this position will actively source candidates through various channels to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants for consideration by the hiring team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate full life cycle recruitment for all corporate positions, both Temporary and Direct hire positions.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) to accurately document candidate progress and feedback.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
• Utilize creative practices to attract skilled candidates, such as, employee referrals, social media, college fairs, and other innovative methods.
• Arrange hiring team interviews by coordinating schedules, booking conference rooms, sending candidate confirmations, preparing interview materials, etc.
• Conduct ongoing communication with hiring managers / teams and candidates. Provide timely communication to all out-of-process candidates.
• Provide feedback and next-step recommendations to hiring managers.
• Facilitate candidate assessment through development and facilitation of pre-qualification questions, interview questions, skills-based assessments, and personnel profile assessments.
• Compile recruitment metrics and create s to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Prepare offer letters, pre-employment activities and post-hire documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• Bachelors’ degree required.
• 2+ years required experience in an HR and / or recruiting role.
• Required experience in Microsoft 365 products including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, Word and Zoom.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, preferred.
• Sourcing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication.
• Dynamic, high-energy, problem solver that acts with urgency and efficiency.
• Highly organized and plans effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven phone etiquette and professionalism.
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
