ABOUT THE ROLE
Star Discount Chemist is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join their team. This position will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will be responsible for providing accurate advice and ensuring that timely support is provided to stakeholders across SDC. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising workloads and managing competing priorities. Experience working in the retail environment and understanding of multi-site businesses or franchises will be high regarded.
Experience in a similar HR position is advantageous, however this position could also suit someone with experience in people management in the retail or hospitality sectors. This position is integral to the effectiveness of the People and Culture team and the delivery of high-quality support and service to employees and management within Star Discount Chemist.

You will be a fast thinking and proactive go-getter, with experience in a similar P&C role or people management experience from working as Manager or Team leader in the retail or hospitality sector.
