Key Responsibilities
ing directly to the Founding Partner and Visionary, the Marketing and Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in the planning, support and execution of the organisation’s marketing strategy to support business growth. This will be focused on a wide breadth of marketing and communication activities including brand and website development, creation of marketing collateral, tender and business development support, referrer management, event and conference management and direct client marketing; social media management, digital marketing and public relations management and profile building of relevant team members.
The key focus areas for the role will see the Marketing and Communications Lead accountable for leading, growing, and evolving Resolve’s Referrer Network Marketing (B2B) and referral partners, one of their key new business channels. The Marketing and Communications Lead will ensure the ongoing success of this referral strategy by supporting the design, implementation and professional execution of various programs and networking events aimed at fostering strong relationships, trust and connection with the organisation’s purpose, service offering and highly talented team of legal experts.
Additionally, this role will actively lead client marketing (B2C) activities, coordinating initiatives and designing large-scale communications and engagement activities designed to connect the Resolve brand and services with current and potential clients.
In the realm of social media management, responsibilities will include developing unique value propositions and communicating the key points of difference in business’ service offering, planning and professionally executing social media campaigns, activities and content development, and using critical review methods and analytics to ensure impact and engagement with content across the various platforms currently used.
The Marketing and Communications Lead will also play a crucial role in leading the digital marketing activity by supporting the design and implementation of campaigns and managing relationships with external providers. Regular collaboration with the Sales Lead and tracking the origin of leads, conversion rates and the ROI of campaigns will be integral in optimising performance and the achievement of targets and results. Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as other social network analytics and advertising platforms, is essential for success.
There will also be an internal communication element to the role, to ensure that the Sales team is supported to understand and deliver on brand promises.
