As the group of businesses expand, We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team based in our new offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work with our Group Recruitment Manager in identifying the hiring needs of the company and ensure that the company provides a positive employee experience and develops a sound employer brand. We are looking for an individual with strong hands on recruitment skills as well as experience with people and process management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Working with key stakeholders across the group you will identify the recruitment needs making sure that we appoint the right candidate, the first time
• Develop innovative ways to attract talent to the group, sourcing candidates through multiple channels including, social networking, multimedia advertising, recruitment events, job boards, CV mining.
• Develop emerging talent pipelines for apprentices, graduate recruits, interims and placement schemes
• Working on your own initiative constantly reviewing and improving the current framework
• Working with departments across the business you will support with instilling a strong ‘employer brand’ to back all campaigns
• You will recruit proactively and reactively ensuring that you are able to transition from managing high volume to more complex campaigns
• Using your analytical skills, you will ensure records are maintained produce monthly and quarterly reports
• Screening candidates, arranging, and attending interviews where necessary
• Creating and updating job specifications and job descriptions
• Maintaining and providing constructive interview feedback
• You will work proactively to conduct regular benchmarking exercises on external markets and analysis on competitors
• Ensuring that employment regulations are complied with and best practice maintained.
• Actively contribute to HR project work and other duties as deemed appropriate

Knowledge

• Previous experience of successful delivery as a recruitment consultant in agency or in-house environment
• Proven track record of being involved with influencing stakeholders and experience of managing a high volume and niche recruitment campaigns
• The ability to understand the business, brand, industry and recruitment market, designing and advising on appropriate attraction solutions, assessment models and hiring methods
• Experience of using a variety of media for candidate generation (Headhunting Social Media, Talent Pools and Job Boards)
• Confident in building and managing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience of managing and implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ability to work under pressure, exceeding KPIs within a fast-paced environment
• Multi-site recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Experience in employer branding offering through various means
• Ability to plan and organise workload, with accurate attention to detail
• Proficient use of Microsoft office packages, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communicator and influencer
• Demonstrates a passion for recruitment
