Safety Protocols: All employees must be vaccinated. Hybrid job – mostly remote but 1-2 days per week will need to go to one of the school locations. In beginning of assignment, may do more in-person work to get trained. Will provide laptop.

Job Description:
Talent part of HR is currently understaffed so the Director is looking for a Talent Recruitment Manager to help while she looks to hire for a few HR roles. This job could turn into temp-to-perm, if there is a good fit. This role is heavy recruiting – emphasis on excellent communications and they need someone very detail-oriented. In the beginning, this role will be doing a lot of scheduling, reference checks, and application pre-qualifications. Will incorporate them into interviewing and more involved work as they train.
The Talent Recruitment Manager serves as a key member of the Talent Team. The Talent Manager collaborates with the Talent Director and a broad range of stakeholders across the network, nimbly functioning as a leader, collaborator and contributor, based on the evolving needs of the organization. He/she/they will support the entire recruitment process.
Recruiting and Onboarding
-Consistently and creatively increase our external outreach and marketing for mission-aligned, effective staff
-Ensure interview experience is a clearly defined and smooth experience for candidates, from scheduling, through screening, interviewing, thought exercises and offers.
-Monitor, revise and build interview protocol materials as needed (primarily in Greenhouse).
-Support the training and preparation of hiring committee members, to include and respect diverse voices and perspectives.
Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years as a talent associate or manager, preferably in an urban charter school network or non-profit organization.
-Experience with and knowledge of various talent platforms, systems and strategies.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs.
-Familiarity utilizing, managing and leveraging a variety of platforms (Greenhouse, Trnet).
-Experience working on a cross-functional team / with multiple stakeholders.
