Job Description:

To expand the workforce by attracting and selecting new hires. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns the entire recruiting process for tech and/or business-focused roles, from role definition and sourcing to contract signing as well as acts as a trusted Partner in the field of Talent Attraction and Selection.

• Drive recruiting activities together with Hiring Managers for their external hiring needs, having a good understanding of the firms’ ecosystem and products/services
• Develop and build candidate generation strategies, which include industry/competitive research and using sourcing technology (e.g. LinkedIn) to attract passive and active candidates;
• Manage candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a great candidate journey
• Influence and sell the firm to candidates, manage expectations of both candidates as Hiring Managers
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast workforce planning, advise and understand recruiting priorities, and fill hiring needs in a timely manner, supporting attraction and planning for future talent cyclical activities
• Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to Hiring Managers in the full life cycle recruitment process; design and consult Hiring Managers on appropriate assessment tools and techniques to increase the quality of hire
• Leadership Recruiting works with TA Manager to educate and execute objective-based selection practices when recruiting senior leaders
• Work close with HR to accelerate and manage the recruitment process including onboarding
• Uses market knowledge to better attract, screen applicants, and ensure quality applications are received
• Build and leverage external relationships with technical/professional agencies, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop (future) talent pipelines
• Design compensation recommendations in alignment with HR
• Effectively leverage social media tools, and career events/meet-ups, in alignment with the Employer Branding Strategy;
• Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics for the amount and quality of new hires, driving successful hiring campaigns, and delivering a great candidate experience
• Work with business units to determine hiring needs and develop a hiring plan
• Set high recruitment standards, ensuring operational excellence and compliance

Other / Projects

• Execute proactive recruitment initiatives; sourcing, referrals, and evergreen positions to build talent pipelines
• Implements (parts of) employer branding strategy and works on job marketing campaigns
• Candidate experience projects
• Effectively leverage social media tools, and career events/meet-ups, in alignment with the Employer Branding Strategy

Other:

• ·Creates or manages internal & external reports (Quality of Hires/branding/candidate satisfaction & other activity reports)

Qualifications & Education

• Degree-level education (master-degree level of work projects)
• 7+ years plus experience and specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition
• You have a proven track record in a fast-paced international recruitment
• Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process specifically sourcing and selection
• A strong motivation to stay abreast of emerging market and talent recruitment trends, as well as a high degree of integrity
• Flexible, empathic, and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills able to partner, drive and consult with Hiring Managers at all levels when hiring
• Experience in sourcing candidates through different channels i.e. LinkedIn or talent communities
• High degree of self-management, autonomy & proactive attitude
• You see the big picture and proactively bring ideas to continuously improve
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and/or tools

Pay: $36,879.92 – $113,547.68 per year
