Job description
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive social media plans to increase web traffic, drive new customer acquisitions, and increase the desired brand awareness per brand. The ideal candidate is one that can execute and maintain a complex social media strategy across multiple social media platforms for key business units and brands. Our Social Media Coordinator must be skilled in copywriting, graphic design (Adobe preferred), organized, creative and agile, with a full grasp on all social media platforms, their strengths and capabilities. Our Social Media Coordinator must possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable working within a team environment and seeking information from others when necessary.
● Assist in the development of comprehensive social media strategies – both corporate & client strategies
● Coordinate the execution of each strategy throughout applicable social media Channels
● Create and maintain social media content calendars for 4+ business units (builder & communities)
● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
● Experience with video editing Adobe Premiere a PLUS
● Ensure all content/imagery is timely, accurate and aligns with the brand voice, mission and message, as well as the audience
● Work with internal marketing and graphic design departments for strategy and to plan future and opportunistic content and campaigns
● Stay on top of current social media events and trends, and how our brands may interact with these events
● Adjust strategies on a continuous basis based on client’s needs
● Set up all paid campaigns across social platforms
● Suggest budgets and types of ads to be implemented each month
● Work with Creative Team for coordination of graphics
● Knowledge of SEO for copywriting assistance
● Daily engagement with audience and followers
● Monitor, track, and on feedback and online reviews
● Drive brand awareness, brand loyalty, and engagement through all social media Channels
● Build relationships with customers, shoppers, retailers, and industry Professionals
Requirements & Qualifications
● Previous work in the real estate industry or passion in real estate industry
● Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
● At least two years of experience in social media
● Copywriting and blogging skills (must have 2+ years experience)
● Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter campaign development
● Adobe and Canva skills (must have 2+ years experience)
● Understanding how to measure the success of campaigns
● Experience using social media management technologies such as Notion, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc. is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month
