Responsibilities/Duties
A quick snapshot about the position:
This fully in office role serves as the company’s first point of contact, fulfilling the duties of an Administrative Assistant, which includes handling front office administrative tasks, managing phone calls, mail/deliveries, etc. and providing support to accounting and managers of all departments. The position also responsible for coordinating building maintenance and operations in collaboration with the Director of Finance and Administration.

2 to 4 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, office assistant or facilities experience required.
Required Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
