Job Description Summary
The Management Department at Bentley University is seeking
applicants for a non-tenure track, full-time position at the rank
of Lecturer to teach Entrepreneurship and other Management courses
beginning Spring 2023. Applicants who have additional experience in
teaching either Strategic Management or Organizational Behavior are
preferred. The Lecturer contract carries an eight-course teaching
load in one academic year. While class sizes may vary, Management

The successful applicant must be an excellent teacher. The primary
function will be to teach courses such as Entrepreneurial Thinking,
Planning and Financing a New Venture and Starting a New Venture.
The Management Department is looking for applicants who are also
interested in working with students outside the classroom in a
variety of capacities (e.g., advising students, engaging outside
speakers, advising student organizations, working with service
learning and career services, or other relevant activities).The

Minimum Qualifications:
A well-qualified applicant must demonstrate evidence of teaching
excellence at an accredited business school. The successful
applicant will be expected to be an engaged participant in the
Management Department and in the Bentley community. Candidates must
have at least an MBA or a master’s degree in a related field.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications.
