About You

You will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Ideally you will have the following skill set:

• Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients.

The Role

This position is administration focused providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

• Maintaining client databases and files.
• Inputting timesheets.
• Filing and invoicing.
• Liaising with clients and responding efficiently to their queries.
• Preparing for & scheduling client meetings.
• Liaising with ASIC & completing ATO lodgements.
• Preparing & collating information for financial statements & tax returns.
• Providing reception relief and other ad hoc administration duties.
