About You

You will ideally have at least one year experience working in a similar reception or administration role within a public practice environment. You will also have the following:

• Exceptional client service skills
• Ability to provide warm and professional service to clients
• Ability to multi task
• Proven experience working as part of a team
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks

The Role

Required

Working closely with the Office Manager, this will be a full-service reception and administration role where you will be required to:

• Answer phones and direct calls
• Organise client meetings and appointments
• Processing, scanning & filing documents
• Mail management
• Collate documents for electronic signatures
• Process ATO correspondence
• Being the first point of contact & liaising with clients
