The Firm

Our client is a family focused, community spirited firm based in the heart of Mackay. Offering fully comprehensive taxation accounting services, they work closely with their clients to ensure they are able to meet their business goals.

This team are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team!

About You

Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in a public practice, or professional services, environment. You will also possess the following:

• Forward thinking & can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• A team player mentality
• The ability to work autonomously & as part of a team with the ability to take personal ownership
• The ability to develop rapport with clients

The Role

This position is a focused administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

• Maintain client records.
• Handling client queries.
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
• Preparation and collation of documents.
• Contact clients to follow up and schedule appointments.
• Liaise with the ATO and ASIC.
