Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award-winning Consultancy based in Newark who are seeking an ambitious Architectural technologist to join their ever-growing team. Our clients spike in recruitment stems from their high level of both repeat and new business, therefore they are seeking an individual who has the ability to hit the ground running.

This multidisciplinary consultancy offers a range of services, assisting with any architectural, surveying and civil engineering needs across the whole of the UK. Their projects range between multiple sectors including Retail, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Education and Industrial, with project valuing up to £20M. Our client are open to candidates of all levels there for we encourage Architectural Technologists of both an intermediate and senior level to apply.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Working as an integral part of the team, primarily in the retail sector, including refurbishment and fit out projects across the UK.
• Working mainly in the retail sector on a variety of prestigious, flagship developments in various locations throughout the UK, ranging in value from £150k to £10M.
• Delivering technical drawing packages suitable for Planning, Building Regulations, Tender and Construction.
• The opportunity to work as the project lead and support junior members of staff
• Producing high quality technical drawings on a daily basis, using Revit

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years industry experience.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment whilst meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both within the internal project team and with our clients.
• Extensive knowledge of technical building design and Building Regulations.
• Experience of running traditionally procured projects, including overseeing the design stage, preparation of tender packages and contract administration.
• The ability to work on a number of projects at any one time and manage workload accordingly to meet critical deadlines.
