Benjamin Apartments & Cityside Homes is one of Boston’s leading boutique real estate brokerages specializing in sales and apartment rentals. We are a young- hip- vibrant company seeking a part- time recruiter to help grow our team of real estate agents. The ideal candidate would be someone who can;

• Recruit, reverse prospect and screen potential real estate agent candidates utilizing relevant job boards
• Track candidates, build a pipeline of new hires and schedule interviews with owner and manager
• Generate marketing plans and oversee hiring budget

Prior recruiting experience required with knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed. Real estate experience a plus. We are a very friendly team with modern office in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. Looking for someone who is available 20 hours+/- per week and can reliably commute into the office 2 or 3 days, this is a part-time role. Very flexible schedule, pick your own days and hours as long as it’s Monday- Friday. Ideal for someone in the night life industry looking for a fun day gig or part time student.
