Growing third party administrator of Union member benefit funds is seeking a customer service person for our Wichita. Candidate must be self-starter and detail oriented. Experience with Microsoft Office Software is required and computer proficiency is a must.

Job responsibilities include:

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Liaison to members and service providers
• Assist members and spouses with regards to benefit plans
• Assist in accounting duties a portion of the day
• Knowledge of medical an insurance terminology
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience working with either an employee benefits or a medical background, be a fast learner with strong attention to detail, be well organized and able to work with little supervision. Accounting experience is a plus.
