Benefit Trust Company’s Software Developers are responsible for ensuring the continued development and maintenance of applications and interfaces, with an emphasis on security, reliability, and scalability, in an environment of teamwork and collaboration.

• Passion for .NET and all things Microsoft
• Ability and desire to work at any level of the stack
• Excellent analysis, troubleshooting, technical and communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients, internally and externally, to identify business requirements
• Design, enhance, and maintain various applications using Microsoft’s .NET platform, Entity Framework (among others), and Microsoft SQL Server
• Effectively communicate specifications, modifications, and manage client expectations through both written documents and verbal presentations
• Participate in risk-mitigation and business continuity planning, testing and implementation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,355.00 – $120,666.00 per year
