Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Summary: Provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions including payroll for staff and clients.
Required
Minimum 10-year certificate in a related field, a minimum of 10 years using Quick-book and payroll experience. Must know how to create and maintain Quick-books online, which includes financial report, Bank Statement reconciliation, must know how to create excel financial spreadsheets and formula, must have excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade computer skills as required. Bachelor is preferable or a minimum of two years as Accountant/Bookkeeper.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs bookkeeping and payroll duties including staff & client payrolls. bank deposits & reconciliations. manage accounts receivable/payable and other client payments and prepares payroll for staff and employees. Monitor remittances from variety of vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
