About us

Our licensed Property Management service provides commercial and residential customers peace of mind through professionally managed property services that include the innovative use of Artificial Intelligence (Al) aerial drone technology, and on-site management of our client’s significant real estate investment.

The primary scope of this commission based sales position will be to generate new Commercial and Residential Property Management customers. Other client services include Drone Video & Photography, Real Property Improvement and local Permit Application Consulting.

Additional responsibilities include the negotiation of tenant rental or lease agreements, commercial drone services and building permit consulting assistance. Also the selected candidate will check applicant or tenant references, and credit references.

Associate will be the primary interface and communication lead with customer which includes developing and maintaining owner/tenant relations, rent and other payment collections as needed.

Selected person will also incorporate and manage all print and digital advertising as needed. There will be a monthly fuel reimbursement for customer meetings, property visits, etc. This is a Part-Time (P/T) position. ~15 hours per week are expected (local remote) which includes weekly sales meeting reviews.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $200.00 – $75,000.00 per year
