Bendpro Hiring for Dispatch / Stores person Job at Maryborough Full Time

We are an established manufacturing company looking to engage a well-rounded, adaptable person who is able to work well in a team environment and unsupervised at times.

This role will be an immediate start for the right person with the ability to perform many varied duties within the factory workshop and is willing to learn.

Experience in the metal manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Duties included but are not limited to the below:

• Assists / co-ordinates dispatches and receival areas.
• Packages goods for dispatch and arranges transport.
• Applicant must be efficient and accurate with good time management skills.
• Hands on production labour when requested.
• Maintain Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Participate in stock-takes.
• Holds a Forklift Licence.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Must be computer literate as job will require use of computer software.
• Applicant must be able to work autonomously and meet dispatch deadlines.
• General tube and steel processing – eg drilling, linishing, pressing etc.
