Salary: $46.99 per hour

The Recruitment Manager role is a 6 month fixed term position. This position will be responsible for the bulk recruitment activities associated with the Medical Workforce. The Recruitment Manager’s role will support the workforce plans objectives of having the right people in the right roles at the right time. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with Managers and Directors from across Bendigo Health, the Recruitment Coordinator and the MWU Team.

The Team
The Medical Workforce Support Team is responsible for providing strategic and operational services which support the medical workforce needs of Bendigo Health Care Group in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer. Specifically the team provides management support to Executive Directors, Directors and Clinical Directors in the recruitment of all medical staff and in ongoing employment and rostering management of medical staff across Bendigo Health and its outlying services.
