The Position
Position Title: Project Lead – Loddon Mallee Allied Health Education and Support
Classification: Dependent on qualifications
Salary per hour (exc. super): Dependent on qualifications
Hours per fortnight: Up to 76 hours
Employment Status: Fixed term until June 2022
This new project role will work closely with relevant allied health stakeholders in the Loddon Mallee region to lead a collaborative project to scope and implement targeted strategies to enhance recruitment and retention of the allied health workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for an allied health professional to undertake a project role and develop skills in project management and clinical education. While the preference is for the successful applicant to undertake the role full time and on site, flexible working arrangements including working remotely and/or part time employment will be considered.

The Team
Through a collaborative interprofessional approach, the Clinical Learning and Development Unit coordinates and/or provides clinical learning and development opportunities for clinicians, students and trainees. Such opportunities enable continued advancement from Novice to Expert, from the first clinical placement as an undergraduate to the day of retirement or resignation.
