As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, working closely with hiring managers to bring in high-impact individuals.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or in executive search. Construction or Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, key players, and recruitment best practices.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
