Benchmark Senior Living Hiring for LNA Sign On Bonus Up to $5,000 Full Time

The Arbors of Shelburne, a memory care community, is currently looking for full time, part time and per diem LNA’s for our three shifts. Differentials: $1.25 differential when working weekends; $2.25 differential when working evening shift and $3.00 differential when working overnights.

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS for full time LNA’s
$2,500 SIGN ON BONUS for part time (24 hours a week) LNA,s
$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS for per diem LNA’s
Bonus is paid out monthly over the first six months of employment (starting at 30 days).
Our caregivers provide hands on care to our dementia residents while maintaining a positive physical, nutritional and social environment and ensuring they feel safe and purposeful.

Located across from Lake Champlain, The Arbors is the only dually licensed resident care home and nursing facility in this area exclusively for those with memory loss and other care needs

Job Description:

We are looking for LNA’s to assist in covering our 3 shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay
• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging.
• Documenting observations of resident’s behavior, including complaints or physical symptoms
• Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming
• Other responsibilities as needed
• While many LNA that we interview have the clinical skills needed to perform well, we are especially looking for compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have heart and use it to provide exceptional care and service to our residents.

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
