BEMA Technology Services Hiring for Software Support Engineer Job at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a Software Support Engineer to help our team support specialized CRM’s and church management systems. The best qualified candidate will have a passion for helping organizations solve problems and documenting processes.

You will:

• Collaborate and brainstorm with 15+ developers and support staff
• Provide technical support enterprise database systems with thousands or millions of records
• Development and integrate features that will roll out at large scale
• Work directly with clients to help scope and implement solutions within the database ecosystem
• Grow your skills and knowledge with certification prep or online technology study sponsored by BEMA in many cases

Responsibilities:

• Gather and implement solutions or workflows within the client database
• Maintain weekly communication with assigned clients
• Document solutions for reference or training purposes
• Help clients maintain best practice in their management of the database system
• Maintain project boards for each client and communicate on work status
• Coordinate and collaborate on client work that requires expertise from other team members
• Assist with low-code solutions, including optimizing data structures, creating processes within the workflow engine, creating custom reports, etc.
• Contribute to the team effort on developer tools, best practice guidelines, and other internal projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
