ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US

As an Outside Sales Representative at Beltway Blinds, your commission earnings are uncapped with a starting salary of 42K! As a vital member of our growing sales team, you will work to connect with potential customers and close the deal after completing your sales demonstration.

Our dedicated leadership team will train you on how to utilize a methodology to develop rapport and influence potential customers. Our marketing department ensures customers (leads) are qualified to result in a successful in-home demonstration by YOU, our Sales Representative. Your first two weeks include training to ensure you know about Beltway Blinds, our products, and our sales methodology. Following training, you will have 3-4 qualified appointments per day between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN NEW TEAM MEMBERS?

Prior inside/outside sales, retail, customer service, or telemarketing experience, solid communication skills, persuasive, a friendly personality, a high level of motivation, and a strong ability to close deals. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, coachable, and willing to travel within a 60-mile radius from Beltsville, MD, work nights and weekends (1 day off during the week and 1 day off on the weekend). Comfortable with daily driving and in-home consultations. Having a background in sales is not necessary, candidates with experience in bartending, flight attendants, and customer service, also can excel on the job.

Our top sales representatives earn over $125,000 a year, with an average first-year earnings of $77,112!
