Role Purpose:

Wholesale Administrator will manage wholesale orders and oversee the organisation of stock movements and inventory.

Support the Wholesale Sales and Operations Team on checking/raising sales orders and sending out order confirmations to accounts, working with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure on time and in full shipping to customer requirements, weekly reporting of shipping and cash collection targets, manage customer in season buys, returns and other stock requests.

The role will include creating a memorable brand experience, supporting seasonal inventory forecasts, ensuring all product and pricing data is accurate for selling (in systems NetSuite and Joor) and maintained throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the cycle of order fulfilment
• Sales order check and follow up
• Reviewing, preparing, and inputting sales orders
• Working with Merchandising and Logistics to ensure cost efficient shipping and delivery during the Season.
• Ensuring the timely pick-up and delivery of shipments, in line with customer requirements and updates
• Working with Logistics to organise storage & specialist transportation where required, including customs or
• certification paperwork
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity – report on a monthly basis
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues with customer
• Organising and managing commercial returns or swaps
• Monitoring the accounting situation, liaising with Finance department to resolve blocked shipments
• Answering client delivery queries
• Product Information management
• Aftersales customer service assistance
• Preparing accurate reports for management

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of working in a similar role
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively as well as
• working to an agreed process
• The ability to investigate discrepancies and resolutions Experience in using inventory control software and
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to prioritise and keep track of numerous projects simultaneously
• Worked independently as well as in a team environment
• Basic editing through Adobe Suite
• Netsuite knowledge preferable but not essential

• Proficient on Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
• Advanced on Excel
• Detail orientated, able to prioritise tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
