This is a remote position and requires flexibility to travel and support recruitment efforts in a 24/7 operation.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Recruiter with Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work collaboratively with Corporate, Regional & Community leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies in support of the company’s front-line entry level employee staffing objectives. You will execute strategies to attract and acquire a highly talented and diverse workforce for assigned positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Partners with hiring managers at assigned communities to define front-line talent acquisition needs, sources and screens candidates, facilitates hiring manager interviews, and assists with offer process as needed.
  • Develops partnerships with potential employee referral sources that may benefit multiple Belmont Village locations acting as a liaison between employee referral partners & community leadership
  • Assists with coordination of hiring events as assigned
  • Coordinates recruitment advertising as assigned
  • Assists with preparing and monitoring recruiting metrics, analyzes data, builds upon talent acquisition analytics to provide the insight to continuously improve the recruiting marketing strategy
  • Assists with administrative support, training and troubleshooting of Applicant Tracking System and other Talent Acquisition software.
  • Utilizes productive and efficient planning to execute work requirements with multiple locations and priorities

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years proven successful full cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong technical capabilities with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software platforms
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel combined with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with ability to successfully multi-task with a sense of urgency while working independently and taking ownership of projects
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and tolerance to support evolving business needs in a fast paced environment for a 24/7 operation
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
