Full Time Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Also open to a Sunday to Thursday schedule for a great candidate

Immediately Hiring Full Time Staffing Coordinator – Work collaboratively with our team in scheduling nurses, caregivers & med techs while assisting our HR Generalist with recruitment efforts and new hire orientation. This is an excellent position for someone with prior experience in staff scheduling in Home Health, Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living who is interested in growing their experience in HR.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Coordinate staff scheduling through On Shift App based electronic scheduling system
• Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
• Data entry support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos
• Assisting with recruitment efforts through application reviews and phone screenings

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year office/clerical experience including alphabetizing, filing, photocopying, record retention
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
• Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
