JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies for all Belimo Americas locations. This position is responsible for channels to source for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. This role requires a self- motivated, forward thinking individual with ability to work well with others to accomplish goals and objectives.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is part of the Human Resources Team, reports to the Vice President, Human Resources, Americas, and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop sourcing strategy for Belimo Americas
Proactive full-cycle candidate management for all professional level positions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and determine long term staffing needs
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Maintain timely and accurate candidate information within ATS (SuccessFactors)
Execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles
Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
Creating innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates
Perform internal and external salary assessments and compensation analysis, benchmark positions using Hay System, develop salary proposals and offer packages.
Champion Company branding initiatives growing Belimo’s name recognition as an employer of choice.
Maintain external contacts to ensure access to top talent through networking, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employment agencies
Administer Caliper testing, analyze results and review with hiring managers
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques
Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors a plus)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
5 years Human Resource/Recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management and organizational skills
