BelFlex Staffing Network Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Sanford, NC Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Manager drives business value through the development and execution of employment brand, DE&I, and talent acquisition strategies. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring BelFlex’s internal talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source, screen and assess candidates, and execute selection process.
• Build and execute talent acquisition strategy.
• Establish and deliver metrics that analyze activity and trends, evaluating for effectiveness and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and manage diversity and inclusion plan as it relates to talent acquisition.
• Enhance employment brand and social media presence on recruiting channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
• Establish key partnerships in various markets to elevate employment brand, and to attract and engage a diverse pipeline of qualified talent.
• Exemplify core values and culture throughout the recruiting and onboarding process and continuously improve candidate experience.
• Manage candidate assessments through the Predictive Index system and the ATS through UKG.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Understands talent acquisition best practices and has knowledge of all aspects of talent acquisition, including DE&I and employment brand initiatives.
• Communicates effectively, verbally and in writing, throughout all levels of organization, internally and externally.
• Experience using social media campaigns, video, infographics, and other creative methods.
• Experience with Predictive Index, preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat customer-focused attitude and a high level of professionalism.
• Results driven with strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
