BTSA is the global leader for fashion merchandise for brands, artists and musicians! We are looking for someone to process and handle the company’s day to day financial and accounting activities. The candidate should be detail oriented, capable of following instructions and guidance from senior staff, and possess certain degrees of working experience in the accounting/finance field.

Job Description

· Process A/R and A/P invoices, credit card charges, and collections

· Responsible for online/wholesales daily order processing, cash reconciliation, and disputes

· Analyze financial data and provide suggestions/solutions

· Coordinate and communicate with various departments

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in accounting/financial field

· Capable of working independently and multi-tasking

· Must be detail-oriented and well-organized

· Sufficient communication skills, fluent in business writing

· Experience in the computer industry is a plus

· Goal oriented, career focused

· Looking to grow with the company on a long term basis’
