Established in 2006, bottomline (BL) and behind closed doors (BCD) are leadership development and executive coaching and mentoring companies. BL specialises in the leadership development of males and mixed genders. BCD is proudly leading the way for women’s leadership and professional development services in Australia.

 About the role

We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketer/ Business Development to join our dynamic team.

We’re looking for someone who has broad experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development. The successful incumbent will have experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing ideas and developing compelling marketing, media, and social media campaigns that align with business strategy.

You will be a strong self-starter with sound organisation and communication skills, with a keen interest in business development.

This position s directly to the General Manager and has key relationships with the BCD/BL team, Supporters, Facilitators, members, and clients.

 Key responsibilities

• Identify marketing, media, and PR opportunities that support BCD programs, memberships, and events.
• Ensure brand communications are integrated across all digital channels, including websites, social media, and eDMs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all marketing communication is aligned, and gather information for use on social media.
• Manage all eNewsletter registrations.
• Manage BCD social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), with a focus on creating compelling content that engages and grows our digital community.
• Work closely with and support the National Marketing Manager.
• Organise and manage BCD’s Women On The Move Podcast series.
• Organise and manage BCD’s member Webinars.
• Actively engage with BCD members to increase potential for ongoing relationships and seek out members’ requirements.
• Develop eDM campaigns using BCD’s CRM, Wild Apricot.
• Actively drive business growth.
• Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related area, or a minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Preparedness and ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as required.
• A current South Australian Drivers Licence.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
