We’re seeking an expereinced BCBA to join our BI family! For more than 20 years we’ve been providing center-based, evidence-based ABA Therapy services across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Qualifications:

• 
  Required: Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• 
  Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis as per BACB guidelines
• 
  Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
• 
  Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience
• 
  Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
• 
  Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

• Base salary ranges between $85,000 – $90,000 + Quarterly Bonus potential up to $18,000 annually
